Due to the handmade and personal nature of our skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at 📧 terry@honeybeebodybutter.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly replace or resend the item at no extra cost if the error is on our end.
Refunds are only granted in rare cases, such as:
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Honey Bee Body Butter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly in such cases.
