Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier.
Honey Bee Body Butter is not responsible for delays once a package is in transit.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at terry@honeybeebodybutter.com within 3 days of delivery. We will do our best to resolve any issues.

Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 25, 2025

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at 📧 terry@honeybeebodybutter.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly replace or resend the item at no extra cost if the error is on our end.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only granted in rare cases, such as:

A confirmed order error on our part
A package marked as undeliverable or returned to sender (excluding incorrect customer address entries)

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Honey Bee Body Butter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly in such cases.
