At Honey Bee Body Butter, we take great care in preparing and packaging your order to ensure your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.

• Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
   
• During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or vending events), processing times may be slightly extended.
   

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
   
• We currently ship within the United States.
   
• Standard shipping usually takes 2–7 business days after processing, depending on location and carrier.
   

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
   
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
   

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect address input, weather conditions, or unforeseen events. If your package is delayed after shipment, please contact the carrier directly.

Once your order has been marked delivered by the carrier, Honey Bee Body Butter is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location. For assistance, please contact the carrier or your local post office.

Because our products are made with natural ingredients and contain no artificial preservatives or stabilizers, they are sensitive to heat and temperature changes — especially during warmer months or in hot climates.

• Body butters and oils may melt during transit in high heat. This does not affect the quality of the product. Simply place the item in a cool area or refrigerate to solidify if needed.
   
• Products are made in small batches using natural oils, butters, herbs, and essential oils. Colors, textures, and scents may vary slightly from batch to batch.
   
• We do not offer refunds or replacements for products that melt during shipping.
   

• Keep products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
   
• Always use clean, dry hands or tools to remove product from jars or containers.
   

Our products contain natural oils, butters, and essential oils. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, please review the ingredient list and perform a patch test before full use. Honey Bee Body Butter is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
